You might be a child, teen, or young adult navigating anxiety, low self‑esteem, trauma, identity questions, or life transitions. Maybe you feel overwhelmed, frustrated, misunderstood, or stuck in patterns that don't serve you. You crave a safe, non‑judgmental space to heal, grow, and build emotional resilience, so you can feel like yourself again and thrive at home, school, or in relationships.
I provide trauma-informed care grounded in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Motivational Interviewing. Together, we'll work on regulating emotions, challenging unhelpful thoughts, building coping skills, and creating meaningful, lasting change.
I know how overwhelming, lonely, and heavy things can feel. You deserve a space where you feel safe, seen, and heard. In our work together, you can show up just as you are: no judgment, no pressure. We'll move at your pace, gently uncovering strength and healing. When you're ready, I'm here to walk alongside you.
I'm a Vietnamese American born and raised in Charlotte, NC. In my free time, I love getting lost in a good book, playing video games, and enjoying board or card games with friends. I also have a passion for travel, exploring new places and cultures is one of my favorite ways to recharge and find inspiration.
