I am dedicated to tailoring therapy to meet your individual needs, whilst incorporating evidenced-based treatments such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP).

    As someone who has experienced their own mental health struggles from a very young age, I understand how isolating it can be and the challenges it presents. My own experience with mental health motivated me to become a counselor, and I feel it allows me the unique ability to bring a greater level of awareness and insight into the therapeutic relationship.
