Being lost, frustrated, overwhelmed, and exhausted can be a normal part of life; however, sometimes it becomes too much and too heavy for one person to carry alone. The reality is, you do not have to carry it alone and you shouldn’t have to. Let’s face live’s difficult challenges together. Whether your managing symptoms of grief and loss, experiencing issues faced by the LGBTQ+ community, managing symptoms of anxiety and depression, or are a survivor of a sexual assault— I am here and am passionate about supporting you through the issues that you are facing.
I aim to provide a safe, nonjudgemental, and supportive space where we can collaborate openly and honestly in an effort to help you reach your goals. Every client is different; therefore, my approach varies from client to client. I consistently utilize empathy and active listening skills when working with clients to build a strong therapeutic relationship.
As your counselor, I am here to support you in making meaning, creating comfort, and uncovering resources to help you be your best self. Prioritizing yourself is not always easy but it is always worth it. You deserve a space where you can express your truths, frustrations, worries, successes, fears, and concerns and I am honored to offer you that space.
