I'm so glad you're here! Life can be unpredictable, overwhelming, and just plain hard sometimes. If you're feeling stuck, anxious, stressed, or not quite like yourself, you don't have to go through it alone. I'm here to help you work through life's challenges and find your way back to feeling grounded and confident again. I work with children, adolescents, adults, and families on issues like anxiety, depression, stress, relationships, life transitions, and more. My style is warm, laid-back, and real-I'll always meet you where you are. I'm not afraid to ask the hard questions, but I'll always do it with compassion and care.
My approach is rooted in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and Person-Centered techniques, offering a fun, down-to-earth, and supportive space where you can be real, laugh a little, and do the work that matters. I believe therapy should feel like a team effort-and I'm in your corner, cheering you on every step of the way.
Starting therapy can feel intimidating, but you've already taken the first step-and that's a big deal. I'm here to make this journey feel less scary and a lot more human. You deserve support that fits you, and I'd be honored to walk alongside you as we work toward feeling lighter, more confident, and more connected. Let's do this together.
