I want to help you recognize your true value, regardless of anyone else’s expectations. I want to help you shed the shame and guilt that you may have been carrying for years. I want to help you build a bridge between your intentions and your actions. Together, we will create a space where you can be vulnerable and can talk about difficult things without the fear of judgment.
I work with individuals, couples, and families to help them realize the growth, accomplishment, connection, and authenticity they desire in their lives. We will work together to figure out what’s working, what isn’t, and what to do to move forward. I want to help you live in the present, with hope for the future, using the past as a guide, not as a means to judge yourself.
