Taking the first step toward therapy can feel overwhelming, especially when life's challenges begin to feel heavy. Even when surrounded by others, it's possible to feel alone. My goal is to provide a safe, welcoming space where you feel heard, supported, and understood. I work with individuals and children navigating anxiety, relationship concerns, life transitions, and everyday stressors. Together, we identify meaningful goals and create a practical path forward. My approach is collaborative, individualized, and grounded in evidence-based practices.

We may work on identifying and re-framing unhelpful thought patterns, building emotion regulation and distress tolerance skills, increasing present-moment awareness, and highlighting your existing strengths to create meaningful change. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all. Your needs, goals, and experiences guide our work. As life evolves, our focus can as well. I strive to make sessions supportive and productive, helping you develop tools you can use outside of therapy. I am committed to walking alongside you with compassion and intention. Growth is possible, and you don't have to navigate it alone. I look forward to supporting you as you take this next step.

When I am not with clients, I love to read! Fantasy and Sci-fi are my favorite, but I like a good ghost story now and then as well. I enjoy playing on the switch, playing with my dogs and cats, and spending time fixing up/decorating my house. I love being outside (when it is not to not anyway!) and like to take pictures of any cool bugs, flowers, or animals I see.
