You might feel like you're holding everything together on the outside, while inside things feel overwhelming, confusing, or exhausting. You might be carrying stress, relationship struggles, anxiety, or experiences that you haven't had the space to fully process. Whatever brought you here, you don't have to figure it out alone.

In our work together, my goal is to create a space where you can be honest, curious, and real about what's going on in your life. I believe therapy works best when it feels genuine and collaborative. I'm warm and supportive, but I'm also someone who will help you look at things from new perspectives and challenge patterns that may no longer be serving you.

I work with individuals and couples who want to better understand themselves, improve their relationships, and feel more grounded in their day-to-day lives. Therapy isn't about having everything figured out, it's about having a place to explore, grow, and move toward a version of life that feels more aligned with who you are.

Outside of work, I enjoy staying active and spending time with friends and family. You'll usually find me playing pickleball, heading to a Pilates class, or out shopping and exploring new places. I also love spending time with my Cavapoo, Milo, who is always happy to tag along for the adventure.
