Lola Benfield

I specialize in helping teens and adults of all ages navigate self-doubt, life transitions, and relational challenges with more confidence and self-compassion. My experience with teens and adults also includes healing from complex trauma and relational wounds, rebuilding self-trust, confidence, and authentic connection - in themselves and in their relationships.

My work is rooted in trauma-informed, relational therapy, and I especially love helping clients understand the early patterns that shape how they see themselves and connect with others. I enjoy blending somatic therapy, EMDR, and relational approaches to support deep, embodied healing. I especially love working with clients who have learned to take care of everyone else first and are now ready to understand their story, reclaim their voice, and feel at home in themselves.

Whether we're working on managing anxiety, healing people-pleasing, or building self-trust, my goal is to create a space where you feel safe, seen, and deeply supported in becoming more of yourself. I absolutely love working with teens and young adults who are figuring out who they are - and with adults who are ready to untangle old patterns and grow in new ways. Whether you're exploring early attachment patterns, untangling relational dynamics, or reconnecting with your body and emotions, I strive to create a safe, compassionate, and empowering space where real healing can happen.

I value creativity, connection, and time in nature. Outside of work, I love making art, whether that means diving into a new craft project or learning to play guitar. Giving myself permission to be a "bad artist" has been deeply freeing and revitalizing. I spend lots of time with my two cats, love being around horses, and try to get outdoors whenever I can. I also enjoy traveling, hosting community gatherings, and dreaming up new ways to build a more connected and intentional life with friends and family.
