    Trust is the foundation of any successful relationship. I offer a safe and supportive environment where you can share without fear or judgement. I believe you are the expert of your own recovery, and every individual is unique. I use a holistic and client-led approach to healing and wellness.

    I know it can be difficult to ask for help, and even more difficult to ask for it when it’s not affordable. I don’t believe that the reason someone is not able to receive the help they need is because of finances, that is why I am happy to offer clinical services on a sliding scale fee.
