In our sessions, I will provide a warm, non-judgmental, and client-centered approach to help you navigate your struggles, nurture your strengths, and move toward a more satisfying life.

    I have experience with a variety of populations, including children, teens, and young adults, neurodivergent individuals, and those with chronic illness. I blend evidence-based techniques from Solution Focused Therapy, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Narrative Therapy, Existential Therapy, and Dialectical Behavioral Therapy.

    It takes courage to seek help and face the challenges of life, and I am already inspired by your resilience and strength to reach out for support.     Outside of my professional life, I enjoy rock climbing, kayaking, and running. My partner and I spend our time watching new movies, driving around with the music playing, and wandering the aisles at Barnes and Noble.
