Together we can begin reframing negative core beliefs and automatic assumptions that control patterns of feelings, thoughts, and behaviors. We can develop different tools and resources that you can take with you each day. This gained insight will give you the power to choose how to best move forward in any situation. My expertise lies in trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy and the LGBTQIA+ community.
In my spare time, I enjoy gardening, reading a good book and baking for my family and friends. I also enjoy taking my dog on hikes around the lake.
