Hello! I am Kacie. I enjoy working with individuals, from children to adults, providing a safe and supportive space for personal growth and healing. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help clients identify and challenge negative thought patterns, develop coping strategies, and create lasting change. My goal is to empower you to improve your quality of life and foster a more positive outlook on the future. I am continuously expanding my expertise, currently learning trauma-focused modalities such as EMDR to better serve those who have experienced trauma. I am here to guide you on your path toward healing and resilience.

I take a compassionate, person-centered approach that integrates modalities that will work for each individual clinician. My goal is to meet each client where they are, understanding their unique experiences and collaboratively uncovering the root causes of their challenges. Together, we can build a diverse toolbox of coping skills that empower you to navigate life's situations with confidence and ease.

Outside of my professional work, I have a passion for exploring new recipes, staying active, and enjoying quality time with my partner and our lively puppy, Bagel. I look forward to the opportunity to support you on your journey.
