Jordan Hulett
After years of working in the high-paced world of racing parts and performance equipment, Jordan has taken an exciting and meaningful step in a new direction-joining the mental health field as a Data Input Specialist and maintenance of each office location.
In the racing industry, Jordan became known for their precision, efficiency, and ability to thrive under pressure. Managing inventory systems, handling logistics, and ensuring the right part got to the right place at the right time required sharp attention to detail and a deep understanding of complex systems. Those same skills now serve a different-but equally vital-purpose: supporting mental health professionals through accurate and reliable data management.
Driven by a growing interest in mental health and a desire to contribute to work that directly impacts people's well-being, Jordan began exploring opportunities that aligned more closely with his values. The move to a role in mental health data input felt like a natural evolution-blending his technical strengths with a mission that matters.
"I loved working in racing, but I started looking for something that felt more personally meaningful," says Jordan. "Being part of a field that helps people through some of life's toughest moments is incredibly rewarding-even if I'm working behind the scenes.
"Jordan's career change is a great example of how transferable skills-like accuracy, organization, and accountability-can open doors across very different industries. And it's a reminder that meaningful work doesn't always mean being on the front lines; sometimes, it's about quietly making sure the system runs smoothly, so others can do their best work.
In his free time, Jordan enjoys spending time with his wife and two daughters, car shows, Carolina Panthers football and travel sports with his kids.
