Healing and moving forward from what is holding us back can feel distant when we try to walk the journey alone. I am here to listen, guide, and respectfully challenge you within the therapeutic process. My goal is to provide a space where you are free of judgment and feel safe to express yourself. I am a strong advocate for mental health reform. Believing that we are more than a diagnosis, I focus on you as a whole. We will work together to help you discover yourself in new ways and bring parts of "you" back that you thought may have been lost.

My work is focused on individuals and couples and encompasses a variety of techniques. I use a person-centered approach that creates a therapeutic space that celebrates what is unique about you and allows you to deepen your knowledge about yourself. Some of the frameworks I most commonly pull from are motivational interviewing, cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance-commitment therapy, and grief counseling, including prolonged grief disorder therapy. I also work in grief related to pet loss.

Outside of my professional life, some of the things that make me "me" are my passion for rescue dogs, my love of baseball, and all things Broadway. I adore my family and make a hobby out of planning educational and fun road trips to take together.
