You're watching your child, teen, or even yourself as a young adult struggle-and it's heartbreaking, confusing, and overwhelming. Maybe things used to feel easier, clearer, lighter. Now there's anxiety, self-doubt, changes in mood, or constant overthinking. Maybe there's been a big change-starting a new school or job, moving, changes in friendships/relationships, or questions about identity-that's left everything feeling unsteady. You've tried what you know, but nothing seems to bring that sense of peace or "normal" back. I'm here to help.
I work with children, adolescents, and young adults who feel stuck in patterns they don't fully understand. Whether it's emotional outbursts, internalized pressure, identity questions, or negative self-talk, my goal is to help uncover the deeper reasons behind the struggle-not just put a band-aid on it. I create a space where young people can feel seen, heard, and safe to be themselves, even if they're still figuring out who that is.
I use a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to each individual, ((possibly add: including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) skills, play-based techniques for younger children, and an attachment-focused lens to help make sense of emotional needs and relational patterns)). I also provide affirmative care that respects and supports all aspects of a person's identity, including gender, sexuality, culture, and neurodiversity.
I'm compassionate, open, and not afraid to ask tough questions-with warmth and respect. I believe in keeping it real while offering support that's kind, steady, and nonjudgmental. I help clients make sense of what's going on and start building healthier patterns that lead to clarity, confidence, and emotional resilience. I'm passionate about helping young people reconnect with themselves and find the inner strength they didn't know they had. You don't have to figure it all out alone. I'm here, and I get it.
