You are dealing with a significant life transition, whether it be starting college, a new job, or becoming newly single. You want to find your confidence to set boundaries and communicate in a relationship. You're stressed, tired, anxious, and don't feel like you're doing enough. I am here to provide a safe space to process, feel your feelings, and help work through all the things that life throws at you.
I get what it feels like to be overwhelmed, burnt out, and to feel like there's just too much to do. I also understand that everyone is different, and work to provide the most beneficial environment for each individual to feel safe, comfortable, and open without the fear of being judged.
I offer virtual availability with a wide range of days and times available, including evenings and weekends!
