Elizabeth "Liz" Holt
MSW / LCSWA
I enjoy working with adolescents (13+) and adults navigating their way through challenges with anxiety, OCD, life-stressors, perfectionism, ADHD, relational, and similar concerns. Perhaps anxiety is making life feel harder than it "should"; perfectionism is keeping you in a cycle of self-criticism, or relationship dynamics continue to impact you in ways you can't seem to shake. I provide a supportive and open space, where we work together to identify unhelpful patterns, build tools that actually work, and make meaningful, lasting changes.
As someone with lived experience with anxiety, I understand that mental health is shaped by environments, relationships, life experiences, and nervous system responses, not just symptoms. My approach is evidence-based, tailored to each individual, and rooted in person-centered, behavioral, and attachment-based perspectives. Whether you are feeling anxious, overwhelmed, depressed, stuck in old patterns, or are simply looking for more support, you don't have to navigate it alone.
When I'm not in the office, I enjoy spending my time with my loved ones and staying busy. In my free time I enjoy being outside, traveling, crafting, yoga, figure skating, and trying new restaurants. I'm also a big animal lover, and am always excited to come home to my cat, Rootbeer!
