MSW / LCSWA

I believe everyone deserves a safe and supportive space where they feel heard, understood, and valued. I work with adolescents, teens and young adults who may be navigating anxiety, depression, stress, trauma, life transitions, self-esteem concerns, or challenges with emotions and relationships. I am honored to walk along side each client in their journey to finding their best life while supporting each struggle, triumph and goal attained.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and trauma-informed. I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Motivational Interviewing, and play therapy techniques when appropriate to help clients build coping skills, strengthen self-awareness, and develop confidence. It is vital that each client is treated individually with an approach tailored to their specific needs based on their personality, background and goals.

Outside of therapy, I enjoy traveling, spending time with friends and family, and exploring new places to eat. I believe connection, balance, and finding joy in everyday life are important parts of overall wellness.
