MSW / LCSWA

It's hard being a pre-teen, teenager, and young adult in the world today. Managing big emotions, friends, social media, and all the stress that comes with getting through the day is a lot. On top of it all there are challenges with unhealthy thinking, anxiety, and depression. It is overwhelming trying to manage all of that and then trying to make good decisions and set goals for the future. I am here to help children, adolescents and young adults learn how to manage emotions, reframe thoughts, and move forward in a positive way that helps them grow and learn from their experiences.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, and young adults and their families who are challenged by ADHD and living on the Autism Spectrum. I also enjoy working with parents and other women as they weather what life brings them in life, with families, and in relationships.

I am a compassionate person who sees you and appreciates you for who you are. I would love to welcome you into an environment that is safe; a place where above all, you are heard and you are seen. I use a person centered and solution focused approach. I view clients as the experts of their own world and work closely to utilize strategies that make the most sense for each individual client. The questions I ask are meant to help guide you to achieving whatever goals you want to accomplish.
