Life can be challenging, and sometimes we need extra support navigating the things we carry. Whether you are facing a life transition, feeling overwhelmed, struggling in relationships, or seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, therapy can offer a space for healing, growth, and change.
I approach therapy through a relational and systemic lens, honoring the ways our relationships and experiences shape who we are. Together, we will explore where you are, where you want to go, and the strengths and resources you already hold that can help you get there. My hope is to provide a compassionate, collaborative space where you feel seen, supported, and empowered to reconnect with yourself and create meaningful change.
Outside of therapy, you can usually find me spending time with my husband as we navigate the adventure of young married life, or hanging out with our three cats, Olive, Moe, and Phoebe (who I am shamelessly obsessed with). I am a proud Western North Carolina native and double Appalachian State University graduate. I have a deep love and appreciation for the beauty and community of this area. When I’m not working, I love exploring the outdoors, whether that’s swimming, hiking, spending time at the creek, or soaking up the sun on the Parkway. I also enjoy the simple joys, such as singing in the car as loudly as possible and, of course, the occasional strawberry Fanta
