Big feelings in little bodies can be a shock to the whole system. Life changes, school, friendships, self-esteem... these can all be so overwhelming. You may notice bedtime, mornings, homework time, or even just connecting with your child getting harder and harder. As your child's therapist, I maintain an unconditionally supportive and warm environment to process through these big moments, to help them realize (and own!) their unique and wonderful strengths, and to build lifelong skills they can carry with them into their future.

I work with kids and teens to uncover and celebrate what naturally brings them joy. Through these interests, we can bridge into all sorts of social-emotional learning, problem-solving, and soothing skills. My practice is grounded in Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy and Motivational Interviewing, while remaining flexible to meet unique personalities and needs.

I truly cannot wait to meet you and explore how we can work as a team to help your child achieve their goals. If you are feeling stressed, please just know that I am here to support you in taking this journey one step at a time.

In my free time, I love spending time with my family, friends, and especially around my two little guinea pigs. Otherwise, I'm usually off enjoying a good book, baking, crocheting, playing video games, or collecting whatever other fun new hobbies catch my eye!
