Life is not always easy or kind. If you find yourself at a standstill and need support, I am here to help you. My goal is to help you achieve the life you want. I have experience with children, adolescents, families, and couples working through behavioral issues, trauma, mood and anxiety disorders. I have 4 years' experience working with Intellectual and Developmental disabilities.
I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Penn State and a Master of Science degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. I utilize an eclectic approach with a focus on person-centered therapy. I utilize Gestalt, DBT, CBT, Solution-Focused, and motivational interviewing. I believe authenticity is the foundation for personal growth; I encourage clients to come as they are and view the therapeutic relationship as a safe place to grow and explore.
