Amy Biegler

MA / LCMHC

I am skilled in engaging with the adolescent through geriatric populations. I offer acceptance and direction with a respectful and professional demeanor. I have been in the counseling field for over 20 years and have worked in various settings. Prior to become a counselor, I worked as an athletic trainer and physical therapist assistant for 15 years. This gives me the knowledge and skills to assist clients dealing with co-morbidities, physical, and mental health issues. I enjoy meeting clients where they are and process needs and stressors to assist clients in where they are going. I believe in treating everyone as a worthy individual and meeting each person where they are.

I use a variety of modalities depending on the situation and need of each individual including: cognitive behavioral therapy, acceptance and commitment therapy, mindfulness, person centered therapy, and solution focused therapy.
