Hey, I’m glad you’re here. Reaching out can feel so overwhelming and I’m impressed you’re willing to take care of yourself this way. I’m passionate about supporting adults and children navigating depression, anxiety, mood cycling, ADHD, and gender, as well as stressors such as recent and past traumas, life changes, family conflict and behavioral issues. I understand how these challenges can make us feel isolated at times and impact family, community, work and school relationships. I am an LGBTQIA+ ally and affirming therapist.
I believe that every individual and family system is unique, and there is not just one method that works for everybody. I am goal-oriented and tailor interventions to the needs of my clients. Some of the models I typically work with include Trauma-Focused CBT, DBT, IFS, FSS, motivational interviewing, and psychodynamic therapy.
