You may be feeling overwhelmed, exhausted, or unsure how you ended up feeling so disconnected from yourself or your relationships. Maybe you've tried to handle things on your own for a long time, or you're noticing patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard you try to change them. You might be looking for clarity, relief, or simply a space where you can speak openly without having to explain or justify your experiences. Many individuals and couples come to therapy wanting to feel more grounded, more connected, and more like themselves again, even if they're not yet sure what that looks like.

I offer a warm, supportive, and collaborative therapy space for individuals and couples. My work is attentive to how past experiences and relationships shape the present, while also honoring your resilience. I use well-researched approaches and a holistic lens to support emotional, relational, and mind-body awareness at a pace that feels right for you.

Reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, especially if you've been carrying things on your own. You don't need to have everything figured out to begin. If you're looking for a therapist who will meet you with warmth, curiosity, and care, I would be honored to walk alongside you.

When I'm not in the therapy room, I love spending time outdoors, taking long walks with my dog, exploring farmers' markets, and discovering live music around town. I also enjoy reading, journaling, and finding small ways to sneak in mindfulness and self-care; and I'm always up for trying something new that brings a little joy to my day.
