**Accepting Telehealth Clients only**

Psychotherapy is a normal and available process that has changed millions of people’s lives by removing their self-imposed roadblocks. My goal is to form a therapeutic alliance with you during this process to remove those roadblocks.

With your willingness to change the things that are causing discomfort in your life and my guidance, we will identify your needs, prepare a plan, divide the tasks, and multiply sustainable lifechanging outcomes. My passion is working with families of law enforcement and first responders, but I also enjoy working with teens, young adults, families, and couples experiencing anxiety, depression, life stressors, and the impact of trauma.

Additionally, as a combat veteran I understand the military culture and the mental and physical toughness required to do the job and accomplish the mission. That said, I also understand that silencing our emotions was necessary to continue the mission without distractions, the “suck it up and drive on” moments. Ultimately, there will be a time and place that we will have to process those memories and express those emotions. I would like to be that person to assist you during that time of self-exploration and decompression. Together through an alliance we can silence the storm and lessness the lingering numbing effects of the past. Bad things happen to good people but does not have to define them. We are intended to grow, evolve, and thrive.
