Ruth Adepetun

Ruth received her Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) Degree in 2014 from Case Western Reserve University’s Frances Payne Bolton School of Nursing in Cleveland, OH. She is a board-certified psychiatric-mental health nurse practitioner (PMHNP-BC) by the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC), a subsidiary of the American Nurses Association and the largest certification body for advanced practice registered nurses (APRNs) in the United States. Since 2011, Ruth has worked exclusively in the mental health field in community mental health clinics, psychiatric emergency departments, inpatient mental health units, and as psychiatric consult-liaison to different medical units within a community hospital setting.

Ruth provides medication management to PSC clients across the lifespan (ages 5 years and older). She is committed to providing holistic, integrated care (i.e. mind + body) that is culturally-competent, trauma-informed, and focused on educating and empowering clients to take ownership of their mental (and physical) health. She particularly enjoys working with children and adolescents, and with pregnant and postpartum women. Her motto is “Whole Health Begins With Mental Health” and she is able to integrate spirituality from a born-again [“spiritual rebirth”] Christian perspective for those who desire it.
