Are you feeling like life is weighing you down? Do you feel like are you always behind and not able to catch up? This is very common for many of the clients I treat. Life can be stressful and sometimes it is helpful to have an unbiased supporter to work through the details that can become heavy to carry. Sometimes we can’t see the forest for the trees. Let me be the one that helps navigate you through the forest to whatever destination you would like to be your endpoint.
I enjoy working with children, teens and adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma, eating disorders, and substance use. I will walk alongside you and provide a safe and supportive environment to process through life’s hardships. My goal is to use my skills of empathic listening and attending to your specific story in order to provide the best services possible and help my clients uncover workable solutions. I have additional training in cognitive behavior therapy and trauma-informed care.
I am originally from Atlanta, Georgia but I am very excited to now call North Carolina my home. When I am not working with my clients, I enjoy spending time outdoors or reading alongside my two cats.
