I feel honored to work with each of my clients to obtain their goals and aspirations in therapy, as well as to reach a higher sense of self and quality of life.
I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I have a background in community mental health and crisis work. This has allowed my work to extend to individuals and families of all ages and from all walks of life. I also have experience with everything from anxiety & depression, trauma and abuse, suicidal ideation, family changes, foster care and loss or grief. These past experiences has allowed for a well rounded therapeutic experience in session and ability to gain insight and understanding. I believes that every client is different and it is vital to meet them where they are at in their journey and walk along side of them. I always strive to create an open and empathetic environments for all clients.
When I am not working, I love to binge Netflix shows, play with my dog and make crafts and home decor. I am also obsessed with pineapples and anything Disney.
