Have you not been feeling like yourself lately? Are you struggling to adjust to this new way of living? Are you confused with where to begin to feel better? You are not alone. Many people are experiencing this exact feeling and have found therapy to be extremely beneficial for working through this process. I feel honored to work with each of my clients to obtain their goals and aspirations in therapy, as well as to reach a higher sense of self and quality of life.

I enjoy working with children, adolescents, young adults and families. I have a background in community mental health and crisis work. This has allowed my work to extend to individuals and families of all ages and from all walks of life. I also have experience with everything from anxiety & depression, trauma and abuse, suicidal ideation, family changes, foster care and loss or grief. These past experiences has allowed for a well rounded therapeutic experience in session and ability to gain insight and understanding. I believes that every client is different and it is vital to meet them where they are at in their journey and walk along side of them. I always strive to create an open and empathetic environments for all clients.

When I am not working, I love to binge Netflix shows, play with my dog and make crafts and home decor. I am also obsessed with pineapples and anything Disney.
