What you are feeling is not too small or too big to talk about and move through those feelings to a new version of happiness. If you are struggling with finding a healthy work-life balance, navigating through relationships, or completing the numerous to-do lists you have created, I am here to help. Together we can identify goals specifically for you and a plan as to how to get there.

    I strive to provide an unbiased and welcoming space for everyone. I am down to earth, straightforward, and not afraid to ask you difficult questions. I believe we have an inner strength that sometimes needs to be encouraged and that we all encompass what we need to heal our wounds. I believe everyone deserves a safe and unbiased space to speak freely. As your therapist, I will work with you to be your most authentic self.

    When I am not working, I am spending time with my dog on the patio and drinking coffee; the limit does not exist on coffee. I love to read and continuously learn so I am always improving as a clinician. Immediately after Halloween, you will find me decorating for Christmas and repeatedly watching Home Alone or a Christmas Vacation.
