I have worked in community mental health and private practice for the last 4 years. My passion for this field will help ensure that you are placed with the perfect clinician and given the best treatment possible. I have a true passion for helping others and feel that my role as the practice manager allows me to oversee the operations of Thrive Counseling and Wellness and ensure a high level of integrity in our work with you. I love being the first smiling face you see when coming into the office and I cannot wait to help you on your journey!

In my free time, I love to hike, read, and spend time with my dog, Athena. Outdoors is a great place to relax, be active or reflect. Reading is a huge passion of mine and I love to learn new things. I will continue to hone my skills to be the best practice manager that I can be to best serve you.
