As life may throw unexpected challenges and obstacles, I am here to help and support you throughout your journey of healing and overcoming. My experience is in working with children, adolescents and adults. My background consists of helping clients with anxiety, depression, personality disorders, trauma, bipolar, schizophrenia and substance use. I will provide a safe and nonjudgmental environment for processing and reflecting by validating, empathizing and actively listening.
Because counseling is a partnership, we will work together to navigate your circumstances and figure out what method works best for you, as I believe that you are the expert of your life. In this partnership, I hope you will always feel the freedom to give me your feedback and take charge of your own healing. It is important to me to use various approaches while working with unique individuals. I may utilize a variety of Person-Centered, Motivational Interviewing, Strengths-Based and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy as potential treatment methods. My aim is to encourage you to find a balance in living a healthy, happier life by incorporating small shifts for extraordinary changes.
In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends and my dog, Henry. Each day, I make time for some sort of physical exercise as a way to take care of myself. This consists of running, lifting weights or walking as this is an outlet for me to feel refreshed and rejuvenated. I am dedicated to helping you find a life full of health and wellness.
