I specialize in working with adolescents and adults experiencing grief, parental and family conflict, depression, anxiety and trauma. I am an alliance for the LGBTQ+ community. I provide a safe and supportive atmosphere for individuals to heal while releasing emotions and experiences that they are facing.

    I engage with clients using a Person Centered and Solution Focused approach to tailor the needs of each individual’s goals. I utilize Cognitive Behavioral Therapy to develop coping skills that will assist in managing everyday life.
