I believe therapy is not just for when life feels overwhelming, but can also be an important part of your overall wellness and care. Just like we care for our physical health, tending to our emotional and relational health helps us live more fully. If you're here, you've already taken a brave first step toward caring for your whole self, and that's something worth commending.

I hold both a Bachelor's and Master's degree in Social Work and am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker Associate. My experience includes early childhood intervention, working with children and families in crisis, and supporting adults facing domestic and emotional abuse. I also bring insights from my own personal journey, which deepen my empathy and commitment when working with my clients.

I work with children, parents, families, and couples. Whether navigating parenting challenges, family conflict, life transitions, working on emotional regulation, developing healthy coping skills, processing grief and loss, healing from trauma, or managing the many challenges and curveballs life throws our way, I'm here to help you work through these experiences that shape who we are. Preparing for marriage, adjusting to the ups and downs of a new relationship, or hoping to reignite the spark in your marriage? I'm here to support you through this, too.

I draw from evidence-based approaches such as cognitive restructuring, mindfulness, cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), aiming to help you develop effective coping strategies and problem-solving skills tailored to your unique needs. My goal is to see you thrive, heal, and grow as we walk alongside one another in this journey we call life.

When I'm not in the therapy room, you'll likely find me snuggled under a cozy blanket with my Kindle and a Dr. Pepper-or planning my next travel adventure with my husband and our pup. My goal is to see you thrive, heal, and grow as we walk alongside one another in this journey we call life.
